Company information

The Service is operated by meetphotographer LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Registered in the State of Delaware). Our principal place of business is 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

User accounts

To access certain features, you may need an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Marketplace role

meetphotographer operates as a platform that facilitates discovery and communication between Clients and Service Providers. We are not a party to, nor do we control, any agreement or engagement between users. We do not guarantee the quality, timing, legality, or outcome of any services provided by users of the platform.

Payments and Polar

Payments processed through the Service are handled by Polar. By making or receiving payments via the Service, you agree to be bound by Polar's Services Agreement and any other applicable Polar terms. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Transaction issues (e.g., chargebacks, holds, delays) may be managed by Polar and/or your financial institution. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the relevant Service Provider’s policies unless we explicitly state otherwise. The Company is not the merchant of record for Service Provider deliverables.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content (excluding user content) are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

User content

You retain ownership of content you upload or post. You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or fraudulent activity. You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time (subject to legal/operational retention).

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Your use is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, meetphotographer LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid to us via the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless meetphotographer LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
