To become a Service Provider, log in to your account and navigate to your account page. You will find a button labeled 'Become a Service Provider.' Click it and follow the steps to complete the process, including the payment. Once finished, congratulations - you are now a Service Provider!
Your email address is a unique identifier for your account and cannot currently be changed directly. We are working on adding this feature in the future. In urgent cases, please contact our support team for assistance by visiting our contact page.
To cancel your subscription, log in and go to the Subscription page. Click on 'Manage Subscription' then go to 'Billing' to cancel your subscription. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period. However, if you are on a trial, the cancellation will take effect immediately.
Changing your account entity is not currently supported. We plan to introduce this feature in the future. If it is urgently required, please reach out to our support team for assistance by submitting a support message on our contact page.
